Restoration Updates
August 2027 will mark the 200th Anniversary of this historic church building! Many updates have been made over the past few years, but we still have many, many projects to complete before next August. If you would like to donate money or services to help in the restoration, please contact us or donate online here.

Dec 28 2024 UPDATE: Trip number 3! Now in N Carolina again! Great team including new member, Josh, left December 26, 2024 and is today, Dec 28, working to build a temporary shelter to house belongings for a home that needs to be rebuilt!

Nov 30, 2024 Update: Our team made TWO trips to Swannanoa, NC since October 25th! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated and made this possible! Scott and Fabiana made the first trip carrying a trailer loaded with donated items that included: 2 generators, 4 mini fridges, 10 Buddy heaters, many cases of propane, 2 dehumidifiers, and many tubs filled with food, tools, toiletries, Bibles, hats and gloves, and more! The connections they made in the Asheville and Swannanoa area were divinely designed. So much so, that they travelled back two weeks later with David to help encourage a local woman who set up an outdoor "church" service with a tent and a table. Please pray for God to bring His outpouring of love and healing to this very broken community. The team was greatly impacted by the number of Christians who have answered the call of God to help in this area. The unity of the body of Christ is very evident there, and so we believe "...for there the Lord commanded a blessing...." Psalm 133:3
They will travel back to North Carolina the day after Christmas. Donations are gratefully accepted again on this site. All donations will be used very specifically to bring aid directly to people in this area. If anyone is interested in traveling with them, please contact us by email and we will connect with you. THANK YOU again for sowing into what God is doing in this area.
